Free Return within 30 Days
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please contact us via support@sharevgo.com with the receipt or proof of purchase and we will provide you a pre-paid return shipping label.

After the 30-day return period, please feel free to contact us for any issue you may have. We provide a 90-day limited warranty to replacing free of charge, any parts which may prove to be defective under normal household and personal use. We also provide lifetime support to help you resolve any issue including to provide replacement parts with a reasonable cost.
Restocking Fees
Once we have received the returned item, we will review its condition and issue the refund. Please note that you are subject to 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund if the returned item met any of the following conditions:

Refunds
The refund policy applies to product purchased directly from ShareVgo website (https://www.sharevgo.com). If you purchased item(s) of our brand from a different retailer or seller, please refer to their store refund policy.
The refund (less restocking fees if applicable) will be applied to your original payment method once the return is processed. Generally, it takes approximately 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your returned item. It takes another 5 to 7 business days for the refund amount to show on your account, but could vary by merchant or banking institution. Purchases made with credit/debit cards are issued back through the same payment method. Please contact your credit/debit card issuer for more information.
