Device information: We collect information from or about the phones, or other devices where you install or access our Services, depending on the permissions you’ve granted. Here are some examples of the device information we collect:

• Attributes such as the operating system, hardware version, device settings, file and software names and types, and device identifiers.

• Device locations, including specific geographic locations, such as through Bluetooth, or WiFi signals.

 

How Do We Use This Information?

We are passionate about creating engaging and customized experiences for people. We use all of the information we have to help us provide, improve and develop our Services. The Personal Information you provide is used for such purposes as allowing you to set up a user account and profile that can be used to interact with other users through Services, and improving the content of the Services. Your Services account will be associated with your email and this account will be used for all our Services you or your friends use. We also use your personal information to provide much more accurate work out data and body composition analysis. For example, when you provide your age, sex, height and weight, your calories burned of a certain work out will be more accurate than the data shown at the monitor of a fitness equipment. 

 

Storage of Personal Information

Personal information submitted is kept on a server belonging to and administered by ShareVgo or an agent of ShareVgo which provides website hosting and database hosting services. This agent of ShareVgo is compliant with the applicable data protection regulations and has provided written confirmation to ShareVgo that they will comply with the relevant data protection obligations by keeping information secure and not using it for any purpose other than for which it was provided. For backup purposes, copies of personal information, and subscriber lists are stored on secure servers to which agents of ShareVgo have remote access for the purposes of providing website development, maintenance or hosting services.

Disclosure of Personal Information

If you provide your age, gender, weight and height, we only use these information to provide you a more accurate calories burned data and body composition analysis. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personal Information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.

 

Security of Your Personal Information

Due to the nature of the internet we cannot guarantee the security of any information whilst it is being transmitted to us via the internet. However, we take our security responsibilities very seriously and take all reasonable steps (both technical and organizational) to protect your personal details once they have been received by ShareVgo. Staff who have access to personal information gathered from the websites and applications are made aware of Data Protection responsibilities. Names of the ShareVgo staff members who have access to this information are available on request.

 

Your Right of Access to Personal Information

You may inform us of any changes in your personal data and in accordance with our obligations under the Data Protection Acts 1998 and 2003 we will update or delete your personal data accordingly.
